The foundation phase is the first official step after your player’s evaluation and is designed to establish strong habits, confidence and connection.

The first three sessions focus on:

  • Settling the player into training

  • Building trust and understanding their learning style

  • Reinforcing fundamentals and movement patterns

The finale two sessions shift towards:

  • Increasing intensity and decision making

  • Preparing the player for the next stage of development

By the fourth session, we have a clear conversation with you about your player’s progress and outline the most effective next steps in their development journey.
