The first three sessions focus on:
Settling the player into training
Building trust and understanding their learning style
Reinforcing fundamentals and movement patterns
The finale two sessions shift towards:
Increasing intensity and decision making
Preparing the player for the next stage of development
By the fourth session, we have a clear conversation with you about your player’s progress and outline the most effective next steps in their development journey.
